BuHC is a token that is generated thanks to the production of real estate units in Bulgaria. Despite Bulgaria being in the European Union, it has not yet had the economic acceleration of other member states when they entered Europe. In fact, the real estate market has remained extremely attractive to international investors. The initiative in Bulgaria provides for the acquisition and restructuring with international standards of properties in particularly scenic and naturalistic areas in order to propose them to the international market.
